How Do We Inspect Your CNC Parts?

Before production, IQC will conduct material inspection. We strictly follow the tolerance requirements on the customer's drawing to produce the parts.

 

During production, our QC will spot check the parts every half hour and send them to our measurement department to measure and record the data using CMM, 2D projector and other equipment. Meanwhile, our boss will randomly check any part in the workshop from time to time.

 

Before shipment, our IPQC will inspect every part 100%. In addition, our technicians will inspect the assembly of the parts.
